A middle school English class adapted some of our writing to become a play as an assignment for their class. After watching their performance, the kindergartners thought, “We can do that too!” We designed everything ourselves with an original script, set construction and costume-making. In the end, we showcased our play for other grades. The kids were so proud of what they accomplished together.
